Bug Description

After applying "Power off" action in nodes listing, the power doesn't update unless it is manually queried. We should be performing a power query action after powering machines off and this should be updated in the UI.

The power action should be reporting the final state of the power action. This is either the specific power driver doing the wrong thing or the whole RPC of performing power actions is wrong.

We noticed quite the same with MAAS v2.4.2 (2.4.2-7034-g2f5deb8b8-0ubuntu1). After failed commissioning the power OFF action sent to the node by MAAS automatically but MAAS was still showing these machines in power ON state. After manual power state check, MAAS updated the node status to power OFF.
