Bug description:

Given I am in the machine summary
When I want to add or remove a tag
Then I have to click edit to go to the Properties
and manage tags there
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the machine summary
When I want to add or remove a tag
Then I should be able to do that in place in the card
