[2.3b2, UI] I cannot filter the list by Pods

Bug Description
In 2.2 we introduced a filter "Pods" so that the user could filter by the composed machines that belong to a Pod. It might be the dummy data MAAS that I am running, but I do not have a filter Pods. During a general feedback interview, the users also mentioned being able to filter by Pods would be a nice improvement.
Bug description:

Given I am in machine listing
When I want to see the machines that are part of any type of Pod
Then I don't have a filter to do so
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in machine listing
When I want to see the machines that are part of any type of Pod
Then I should be able to select the Pod(s) whose I want to see the machines from the filter "Pods"
