Bug Description

After the changes to the virtual scrolling I noticed that machines are no longer auto-updating after performing an action. I have to push F5 to update.

To reproduce:

1. Go to machine listing page.
2. Select a machine
3. Select 'Commission' Action
4. You will see that the machine remains in 'Ready' state until you F5.

Note that this also happens in the events page (e.g. events don't automatically show up unless you F5).

The issue was actually that the websocket would take a while to update the UI.
