Bug Description

As can be seen on https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1687305/comments/4, local storage pools on virsh pods will be considered as separate pools and their total sizes will be added up to give a multiple of the actual available storage space.

Since we only get a virsh connection to the pod, if virsh tells us that this is local storage, we could at least do some heuristics to determine if the two pools have exactly the same storage specifications (eg. total capacity and available space) and consider them the same.

It's hard to do the exact calculations, because different local storage pools on the same node could live on different mounted systems.

FWIW, even though I recognize all the reasons bug #1690466 was marked as won't fix and offer to use heuristics to get around that, perhaps we should mark this one as won't fix too?
