Bug Description
I have one pod with 1 machine. I deployed the machine and after installing the rack controller and connecting it to MAAS< the machine disappeared from the pod.
What is worse, is that I refreshed the pod and the machine got re-commissioned.
To reproduce:
1. add a pod with X machines
2. deploy a machine
3. install rack controller and register it to MAAS
4. go to the pods details page, the machine will disappear
5. refresh the pod
6. the machine will re-appear and will be re-commissioned.
