maas gui doesn't show bond details nor allow editing

Bug Description
using maas 2.1.5 gui, after bond creation that's no way to check the config status of a bond, or instance if it's active-stanby (mode) or fast/slow lacp and so on.
edit just show mac and tag fields (plus IP settings, but it's not important for layer2 configuration).
Please add the menu and call backs for bond modification: at the moment you need to destroy and redo from scratch
