Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am filling a from in MAAS using a screen reader
When I want to know which fields are required
Then it is not clear to me
and if I need help with the input format, as soon I start typing in the field the help disappears

Given I am filling a from in MAAS using a screen reader
When I want to know which fields are required
Then there is a message at the beginning of the form informing me that all the fields with an asterisk are required
and if I need help with the input, there is an example below the input field
