[2.2.0rc2, Accessibility] When I am using just my keyboard to interact with MAAS, some (interactive) UI components open with the Space key and others with Enter and Space

As I was interacting with MAAS with the keyboard I realised that while the dropdown component does not open with the Enter key, but only with the space key the Take action "dropdown" can be opened with both keys. If we do not maintain a consistent behaviour for the keyboard interactions then the users might become frustrated that they have to try multiple keys to interact with the UI. Also, there might be cases where some keys work for selection and committing input, which can lead to mistakes.

Given I am in using MAAS with my keyboard
When I want to open a dropdown or interact with any UI component
Then I have to try both the space and enter keys to see which one works

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in using MAAS with my keyboard
When I want to open a dropdown or interact with any UI component
Then I know which key to press to achieve that
