deploy of a custom image failed

Bug Description

To install my custom image :

wget http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/openstack/current/debian-8.7.2-20170301-openstack-amd64.raw

tar -czvf debian-8.7.2-20170301-openstack-amd64.raw.tgz debian-8.7.2-20170301-openstack-amd64.raw

maas erwan boot-resources create name=custom/debian-8.7.2 title="debian-8.7.2" architecture=amd64/generic content@=debian-8.7.2-20170301-openstack-amd64.raw.tgz filetype=ddtgz

After i started deploy

Hi There,

At the moment, MAAS doesn't support Debian as a custom image. That said, custom image support is currently only provided to our customers.
