Bug Description
The dashboard, displaying its device discovery results, is really nice. And it's nice to have the toggle for enable/disable of device discovery. It would be really nice to have a "discover now" button, or action.

Dustin,
The device discovery is doing passive discovery, so it is constantly showing the devices that are making themselves known to the network. If the user wants to do active discovery (the "discover now" you mentioned) then they can use the action Map subnet from the subnet page(s) they are interested in to run discovery.
It is in my improvements list to integrate the passive and active discovery as one feature in one place.
