Bug Description

I'm in the process of taking ownership of ~50 devices or so. All of these "known" devices, I want to have static IP leases. I can specify the hostname here, and I can see the IP address that they drew from MAAS DHCP. But I cannot edit/change/specify the IP. I would *very* much like to do so :-)
