Bug Description
This is with maas 2.1.3.
Here's the event log. It says it failed to deploy and to check the installation log, but there is no installation log available.

Note that there are two issues here:
1) the node failed to deploy
2) there is no install log

Removed blocker tag - this was happening when we commissioned with trusty, which we don't normally do.
