Bug Description

MAAS Version 2.2.0 (alpha1+bzr5562)

When adding a device, the field IP assignment is confusing for the users. They are confused by who is providing DHCP.

The user testing sessions were confused by the IP assignment field when they were adding a device. They thought that MAAS provides DHCP to these devices or they did not understand how the IP assignment can be configured. The External option for IP assignment was particularly confusing.

* Current result:

Given I am in the device discovery table
When I am adding a device and I see the IP assignment field
Then I am confused as to why I am configuring this field and what result it will have

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in the device discovery table
When I am adding a device and I see the IP assignment field
Then I should be able to understand why I am configuring this field and what result it will have
