Bug Description
In the ipv6 world, prefix length comes from router-
Accordingly, if we see an IP that is (1) IPv6 and (2) in the dynamic range of a subnet and (3) has a CIDR that shows a prefix length of 128, that address properly belongs to the subnet mentioned in (2).
