[2.0+] web UI has incorrect links to documentation

The web UI since 2.0 shows incorrect links to the MAAS documentation. At the bottom of each page there is the link "View documentation".

For 2.0, it points to

https://maas.ubuntu.com/docs2.0/

This works but it leads to the old 2.0 docs.

For 2.1, it points to

https://maas.ubuntu.com/docs2.1/

This does not work (404).

All versions can point to

http://maas.io/docs/

Currently this leads to the proper 2.0 docs. Note that the URL structure may soon change to something like

http://maas.io/docs/2.x

Critical might seem a bit severe, but this is really poor UX IMO and a simple fix

It looks like things have been fixed for 2.0.

The "View documentation" link has been changed from maas.ubuntu.com to maas.io.
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~maas-committers/maas/trunk/revision/5537/src/maasserver/templates/maasserver/base.html

However maas.io does not listen on https, so the link should be changed to http://, not https://.

Please review all supported versions. I'm looking at 2.2.0 (beta2+bzr5710) and both links are wrong.
