[2.1] View Full History on Events doesn't show anything

There are definitely events as I can load many but when I go to click on "View Full History" nothing is listed.

I have not been able to reproduce this on Xenial or Yakkety like I was previously when I filed the bug. Andres, have you been able to reproduce this recently and if so, what are the steps?
