Bug Description
We conducted a card sorting survey and the majority of the users classified Users & keys and account in a category called users.
Current result:
Given I am in MAAS
When I want to find the Users & keys or account config
Then I find them in Settings or the profile icon.
Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in MAAS
When I want to find the Users & keys or account config
Then I find them in a subcategory in settigns called Users.
