[2.0b4] Reconfigured VLAN HA to 'deselect' secondary rack controller, but didn't happen

Bug Description

1. Went to VLAN page
2. Re-Configure DHCP
3. Deselected secondary rack controller, and selected the blank (which should actually say no rack or something).
4. Clicked go.

The result is that the secondary rack controller remained configured (see screenshot), and there are NO LOGS of the operation, no confirmation in the UI or logs under /var/log/maas.

I only see a primary controller in the screenshot; trusty-maas9.

This may be a UX issue in that this screen also displays all the racks that are present on the VLAN?

Yeah the "Secondary Rack" summary information is not in the screenshot. I think you got confused by the list of rack controllers that are connected to the VLAN.
