Bug Description
1.9.1+
The nodes that are recommissioning hang and drops to a shell prompt. Node never turns off, and shows ready in MAAS.
Additionally, with in the "settings" section of MAAS, there is only one drop down option for 16.04 boot images, and no choice to drop back to 14.04. In the "images" tab however, it shows that all the images for 14.04 and 16.04 have been selected.
Even if the images are re-imported, the option to only pick 16.04 images is still present with no option to drop back to 14.04 as a work around (which fails).
This impacts ability to recommission nodes.
