Bug Description
The maas-enlist program, if still needed, should be provided by the maas-cli package. If it's not needed, it should be removed. We probably want to review the maas-enlist experience in the light of MAAS 2.0.

Closing this bug, since it's so old. Also the enlist process has change, so that there's more than maas-enlist that needs to happen.
