Bug Description
Using semi-random sample data, on http://

Error occurred
Unable to get RPC connection for rack controller
'zFQkH3LvI0fL
instead of a list of nodes.
The unavailability of a rack controller (or any RPC failure) should
not cause the Web UI to crash.
