Bug Description

Have just updated to r 1.10.0+bzr4577-0ubuntu1 which fixed the IPMI detection, so I now have machines being enlisted with IPMI details. However, power queries for those machines are failing:

2016-02-05 16:59:51+0000 [-] Unhandled failure dispatching AMP command. This is probably a bug. Please ensure that this error is handled within application code or declared in the signature of the b'PowerQuery' command. [maas:pid=7270:cmd=PowerQuery:ask=b0]
