MAAS documentation still uses port 80 even though it's deprecated

Bug Description

According to roaksoax, MAAS no longer uses port 80. However, the install doc (and maybe the installation) still mentions it:

The installation screenshot has a http://10.98.0.13/MAAS URL (port 80)

And at the bottom, "Initiate TCP connections (for HTTP) to each region controller on port 80 or port 5240, the choice of which depends on the setting of the MAAS URL."

We believe that this is no longer an issue and the documentation has been updated to point to :5240. Marking this bugs as invalid.
