Tool tip should sit 3px above the item it's tool tipping, 10px padding around the text. It should be sat in the middle of the object unless it comes into contact with the edge of the wrapper, then it should be 5px from the edge. Let me know when it comes to the shadow and we can discus. Any other measurements let me know.
