physical interfaces dissapear when creating a bond

in MAAS 1.9.0 beta1, I want to create a bond

- I select two physical interfaces
- I click create bond
- I leave config as default and save
- both physical interfaces disappear, the bond doesn't appear

noticed bond does show on page reload on one node, so did some testing

on one node, bond does appear, but only after a couple of minutes

on another node, the physical interfaces re-appear after a couple of minutes no error is displayed

I can reproduce the proble, when:
- The subnet belongs to a tagged interface on the rack controller
- But it is untagged on the actual commissioned host

In this case, I get in the logs:
django.core.exceptions.ValidationError: {'vlan': ['A bond interface can only belong to an untagged VLAN.']}
On the web interface, all interfaces dissapear, and after some refresh, the physical ones reappear.

Maybe another confusion (bug?) in the case above that MAAS shows the VLAN ID with tagging for the phyiscal interfaces, however it is tagged only on the rackd machine, and not on the actual host.

It is MAAS 2.0.0

I believe this is no longer an issue, at least UI-wise, as I cannot recreate it - could someone confirm? @Andres?
