Bug Description

When Deploying CentOS, Windows, or any other OS other than Ubuntu, the storage changes won't probably apply the same way as they do with Ubuntu.

MAAS should automatically recognize this and ensure that disks are not partitioned for LVM when deploying, say, Windows.
