AMT power type parameters box contains unclear instructions

Bug Description
After a node registers and I need to set its power parameters, I go to "edit" node, set power type to AMT.
The power parameters box contains three fields:
MAC address (ok fine)
Power password (clear what's supposed to go there)
Then the third field's description says "Use ARP on this MAC address to discover the AMT IP address if its IP is likely to change, e.g. if it's assigned via DHCP"
There is no clear indication that the third field is for IP address. It should probably read "IP Address (Use ARP on this MAC address to discover the AMT IP address if its IP is likely to change, e.g. if it's assigned via DHCP")

I think it would be best just to remove the MAC address field as its never reliable and we have no fully proof way of making sure the ARP cache is primed to convert the MAC address to a valid IP address.
