Bug Description
On MAAS Version 1.8.0+bzr4001-
On the machine detail page when adding an interface,
The form validation on the section (the red background) is supposed to show up after the user submits the form (at the same time as the help text)
The red outline on the field is supposed to show up as the user moves focus from that input field to the next (by clicking or tabbing to the next focus point)
