maas documentation should document how to configure manual DHCP for UEFI

Bug Description

When you have UEFI clients, you need to configure dhcpd to tell them
to ask for an EFI boot loader rather than pxelinux. MAAS does this
for you, but if you're running/managing dhcp yourself for whatever
reason, this isn't obvious, easy to debug nor easy to setup.

It'd be nice if the MAAS documentation provided some help here. For
example, some detail on UEFI clients in the 'Manual DHCP
configuration' section of 'Additional Configuration' would be a good
start.

FWIW, based on advice from MAAS developers on IRC, this is the diff I
used to configure our manual DHCP server:

If those options work for both UEFI and non UEFI hosts they should just be made default - users shouldn't have to configure anything to get DHCP + UEFI to work.

They do work for both and they are already default for the MAAS managed DHCP case. I'm specifically talking about the *manual* (i.e. not MAAS managed) DHCP case.
