Add Interface is in the lowest left corner of the Network section instead of the top right corner

Shouldn't this be on the top right corner to follow the same guidelines ?

I think ideally it should be. However the current implementation follows the design as we made it at the time (see history of https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1438842).

When we implement node networking we would want it moved to the top, but we might make other updates too (eg put it on a white panel to make it consistent with the other config panels).

Makes sense to me to address this bug after we finish node networking designs, so at the moment priority and milestone seem correct to me.
