MAAS login window should contain the same logo as the window that appears before creating a user

Bug Description
After MAAS has finished installation, and before creating the user, MAAS webui shows a message to create the user with a logo on the left side.
It would be nice if the login window shows a logo on the left side, similar to the initial window (as per attachment).
