[1.9 feature] Node metrics - MAAS doesn't provide node utilization over time information

Bug Description
It would be awesome if MAAS could provide information on node usage over time. I think it could be derived from the event log. Basically I want to make sure all of my hardware is being utilized, and have some idea of what for.
If I want to increase capacity, it would be good to be able to show that I'm using all of my current hardware as a way to justify buying more.
