Bug Description
`bin/maas refresh` attempts to refresh all logged-in profiles. If any of these fails -- the server is offline, for example -- then *none* of the profiles will be refreshed.
It might be useful to allow selective refresh of just one profile at a time, or to insulate failures fetching updated API descriptions from crashing the whole command. Both would be best.
