Feature request: bulk action: check power state

After a network outage for instance (power state for all the nodes is 'error'), it's would be great to be able to update the power state for all the nodes (without having to wait for the periodic check to fire).

Is there a way to get this in in 2.3 or 2.4? Users have been asking for it and I do think it would be very helpful to check power in bulk from the machine listing rather than going one by one in each machine to do so.
