Bug Description
Since regiond (and its log) was introduced, maas.log contains only the cluster logs and regiond contains both apache-style logs for requests *and* the region-level logs.

The application-level logs coming from the region and the cluster should end up in maas.log. regiond.log should be similar to the late maas-django.log.
Note: this only affects trunk and not 1.7.

tracebacks are also not shown in the regiond or clusterd logs. Also, maybe separate web logs from actual code logs for analytics??
