MAAS should display memory sizes in properly labeld base 2 units - MiB, GiB, etc.

Bug Description

According to the Ubuntu Units Policy, MAAS should show memory sizes in properly labeled base 2 units. They're already in base 2 units, but are improperly labeled using the SI base 10 units (GB, MB, etc). So, only the labels need to change.
