twisted.web.error.Error: 500 Internal Server Error during installation

When MAAS is being installed, the cluster (pserv) logs several OOPS about failures connecting to the region controller. When the region has been fully configured and packaging has finished its thing, the cluster connects to the region and all is good. However, for a new user it is alarming, and to anyone else it is a red-herring.
