Bug Description
To work around bug 1377005, when we disable a node's IPv4, we set an IPv4 address of 0.0.0.0. That doesn't work for Ubuntu releases prior to 14.04. But Scott has a new workaround for bug 1352255 that may solve the problem more completely for us.
