api ignores unknown parameters

Bug Description
I'm using the command 'maas maas nodes acquire system_
1. If an invalid parameter is given then it should return an error and not acquire a random node. (bug 1250392)
2. I think that system_id should be a valid parameter.
$ dpkg -l | grep maas
ii maas 1.6.0+bzr2545-
ii maas-cli 1.6.0+bzr2545-
