[ClusterClient,client] Logged OOPS id OOPS-8e907f5ecf94fb17289944558437016f: NoSuchEventType: Event type with name=NODE_POWER_ON_FAILED could not be found.

I doubt that should be happening, let alone resulting in an OOPS.

Sidebar: do we care enough about these OOPS reports to keep them in? I
thought we'd discussed somewhere about removing another moving part.

I certainly don't. I think we'd actually be better off by removing them,
discovering we actually want/need them, then putting them back in with
some planning. Right now they're just dead trailing flesh.
