Bug Description
The current code silently ignores existing nodes. This can make it hard to tell what the results of running probe and enlist against a chassis are. It's hard to distinguish between the process failing and the process succeeding but not finding any new nodes to add.
It should log when a node won't be reenlisted because it already exists.
