Bug Description

MAAS consists of multiple running components. While we expect to reduce the number of moving parts over time, we will always have region servers (and multiple of them in HA configurations) as well as (possibly HA) cluster servers. Surfacing that topology and its status would make the system feel substantially more rigorous.
