Bug Description
It would be helpful to have the kernel version of each ephemeral image displayed on the "boot images in cluster" page within MAAS.
At the moment we are using binoffset to determine the ephemeral kernel which is quicker than commissioning or installing a node to find out.
(dd if=$1 skip=`binoffset $1 0x1f 0x8b 0x08 0x00` bs=1|gzip -d |strings|grep "^Linux version"|awk '{print $3}')

report_boot_images should be able to do this, or perhaps the version string can be imported from simplestreams.
