Bug Description
The default Ubuntu installation from MAAS is still running the 3.13.0-19 kernel. "no packages matching running kernel 3.13.0-19-generic in archive".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enlist Node
2. Commission Node.
3. Start Node (using default installer)
Expected:
Installation proceeds and completes successfully.
Results:
"no packages matching running kernel 3.13.0-19-generic in archive"

This is with the most recent releases of maas that leverage the /var/lib/ maas/boot- resources directory for the ephemeral images.
It can be worked around with the fastpath installer, but, for those that need to do d-i type installations with custom preseeds, etc. this is slowing them down.
