MAAS web ui should provide access to serial consoles and/or VNC

Bug Description

MAAS has BMC/IPMI/AMT/libvirt management information. Many of these often also provide out of band mechanisms to provide read-only or even read-write access to system's consoles or keyboard-video-mouse.

It would be tremendously helpful if MAAS could provide this interface through the web ui.
