Bug Description
There is really no reason to allow an interface's name to be empty. This was useful when the interface was store on the NodeGroup object itself because it allowed a nodegroup to be linked to no interface but now that we store the interface information in a proper object (separated from nodegroup), there is no reason to allow an interface to have an empty name.
