maas-test leaves VM running if the tests are cancelled

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start maas-test (e.g. $ ./bin/maas-test --bmc-ip 192.168.22.35 --bmc-username root --bmc-password ubuntu --http-proxy=http://
2. Wait until the tests starts the new VM.
3. Kill the test (e.g. hit ctrl+c)
What happens:
The VM created is left up and running
What should happen:
The VM is properly destroyed just like when the test runs to completion.
