Bug Description
At this moment, maas-deployer cannot accept "apt_mirror" for cloud-config or equivalent. Initial setup will fail in restricted network (i.e. no Internet connectivity).
It would be nice if maas-deployer supported to set local mirror to setup MAAS VM.
