Bug Description

The maas stable PPA is moving from ppa:maas-maintainers/stable to ppa:maas/stable

We need to change the default in deployer.yaml to reflect this.

Well ppa:maas/stable is totally broken from security perspective. I'm thinking to revert the commit until the PPA is rebuilt with 1.8.2 and properly signed.

  As the PPA does not have Release.gpg yet, maas-deployer always fails to
  verify packages. It's supposed to be rebuild in coming weeks.
